To ensure that everyone gets their badges by the JOTI dates we intend to:

1.     1.  Despatch all badges by either 1^st class recorded mail or special delivery next day depending on the numbers ordered. This will hopefully ensure that everyone gets their badge before JOTI.

2.     2.  To ensure that all badges are posted out in time for JOTI I will be closing the books on the 18^th September 2008. If we receive your order with payment by then you will be guaranteed delivery prior to JOTI.  

3.     3.  We will email everyone when the badges are despatched and would appreciate confirmation when received or if not received within 10 days of the date of my email.

4.    4.   Postage costs will be:

a.       Up to 10 badges                                               £1.08 – 1^st Class recorded

b.      Up to 25 badges                                               £1.86 – 1^st Class recorded

c.       Up to 50 badges                                               £3.72 – 1^st class recorded (sent as 2 packages)

d.      Over 50 badges then We’ll have to use next day special delivery with compensation up to £500 - £5.05

5.       Payment may be made as follows:

b.      Cheque payable to SL-UK and send Scoutlink UK c/o Roger Woods, 4b Market Place, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 1LS

We can supply to overseas but we regret that this must be at the buyers risk. We will always obtain proof of posting but cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged parcels.
